What is the rated horse power on the 1650 series?

I bought a new Troy Built generator with the B&S 1650 engine on it. I would like to know what horse power the engine is rated at?

According to the SAE standard, the torque is rated at 3060 rpm, so using the calculation HP = torque * rpm /5280 = 16.5 *3060/5280 = 9.5 HP.
