gas in oil and coming out of tube from valve cover

started up snow blower to check before winter, fresh gas etc. ran 1 minute the gas and oil came out of tube frome ohv cover into carb area ,I turned it off right away .... what do I check for now there is alot of gas mixed in with oil now could rocker arm be loose carb stuck push rod off ? etc.. tks.
