How do you attach the springs for the governor

I have a Craftsman PYT9000 tractor with a Briggs 49m777-1321-g1 motor. I had to replace the sump base because the thread where the oil release tube screws in cracked. I cannot get the two springs that are on the governor crank set. i don't remember where they hooked up to. Is there a drawing or picture to show me and also explain how to set the governor correctly.
Thanks,
Chris
