Will this kit work for my lawn mower?

I have a Murray lawn mower that says its a Briggs and Stratton engine. The only model number I can find is 22516X92B. Manufacture date 01009. Serial Number 7429400911BV315. It says its a 4.0hp Quattro, 22" blade, throttle free design, 2N1 combo mulch/discharge. I cant find any parts for it anywhere. It needs a tune up, oil change, primer bulb. Can I find these here and if so what should I look for? Thanks.
