Where Can I get a parts list and explodew\d view

I have a DR wood chipper with a model 150000 11.50 250 cc engine, The two bolts that attach th fuel tank on the output side of the engine are missing due to vibration I think, I replaced them only to have them shake off again, I need to know what the original fasteners are and where I can get them. I need an expluded view of this engine with the fuel tank fasteners shown. The operator's manual does not provide this. Thank you.
