How can I drain fuel for spring maintenance?

First of all, I didn't drain the fuel but used additive when first turned it on. Now I am hearing that opps I should have drained it.

Anyhow, now want to put fresh fuel in. How can I drain the old one?

Do I need to replace the oil also?
