Why does fuse keep blowing when I turn the key to start position?

I have a Craftsman Professional Series V-Twin. When I was mowing it stoped. It turns out the 20 amp fuse which was in it blew. I have chnged the battery, solenoid, ignition switch and it still blows every time I turn the key to start position. I have traced the wiring as best I can and have not fond any frayed wiring touching ground. What else can I check? I have read an aritcle indicating it could be the stator. The mower is only 2 years old.
