Throttle range: Is there any use for lower than max, other than shut-down?
The starting/operating instructions call for full throttle during starting and and operation, yet the throttle control has a range of operation. Other than moving the throttle to the lowest position prior to shut-down, is there any use for the lower-than-max positions of the throttle? How about during warm-up? Idling? Low-load operations? Etc.?

Why does the screen above the fan rotate?
Is the rotating screen perhaps more effective at keeping debris out of the engine than would be a fixed screen?

How do you get different horsepower performance from the same model, same displacement, same bore and stroke, etc.?
...For example, the 724 cc "Endurance" series 24 hp and 27 hp models list the exact same specs (other than hp). What changes to create a higher max hp engine?
