restarting Professional engine after running the engine

My engine is installed on a pressure washer and it normal takes at least 3 or more pulls to start the engine cold. The real problem after getting it started and I run the unit for 15 to 20 minutes to finish one job and start another job there is no starting this unit after just shutting it off.. I might as well take a break for at least 20 to 30 minutes because there is no way it will start until it cools off

PS this unit is a craftsman with the quite feature the engine idles down after you let go of the trigger. Joe!.
