My 550e series is on a Murray 3in1 mower. It starts so easy that just a flick of my wrist will start the engine. It seems decent on fuel, and power is about average for a lawn mower engine. It is noisy for a newer engine and the plastic shroud looks a bit weak.
ProsEasy to assemble, easy to start, easy maintence
ConsNoisy
Yes, I recommend this product.

Escape325's Questions

Our snow engines are specially designed to operate in the toughest winter conditions so they won’t freeze up or run poorly. Unique snow calibrations mean our engines are qualified to start even down to 20 degrees below zero. These engines offer uncompromised power and displacement resulting in easier and faster removal of all types of snow.

Throttle Control

I have a 14.50 snow series snow blower engine, with no way to control the throttle, can I add a throttle cable to the engine to control the RPM at start up during very cold temps? I see that there is a removable cover where the throttle should be, Is there an accessory available for that?
