Can the dipstick assembly be used as an option for the Troy chipper?

How do you give that answer if the application was not mentioned/shown? I have a chipper which is impossible to fill oil at the location shown so the Lowe's Mgr. is sending me a "dip stick assembly" for me to be able to fill without removing the chipper feed tube. Since it is being sent does your answer mean it will not work for my application? It looks to have room to mount it behind engine and in front of the chipper mechanism as shown in two/three of your engine pictures.
