I have a BnS 1150 series DR woodchipper and the choke is stuck - how can I fix this?

While chipping today the motor kept shutting off, had to choke it at least 4-5x before it would turn on again. The 3rd time it shut down and I choked it the cord stuck about a quarter of the way like it was caught on something. I can't get the choke to work at all.

10 months ago
