carburator adjustment or what ?
Hi,
about 3 months ago, I'd bought a Yard Machine lawn mower model 11A A14E500, equipped with Briggs and Stratton motor series 500, 158CC.
The motor start easily, but after 7 or 8 minutes of running, the motor fall at very low idling ( like Harley's Davisdon motorcycle, waiting for the street's light,,,,tuff,,,tuff ,,,tuff,,,tuff ) This situation should be 5 or 6 minutes long, and suddenly, the rpm come normal...
If I stop the motor during this situation, the motor restart easily, but still running at very low idle.
I found a trick,,,motor running at very low idle; I remove the air filter, and manually choke the carburator air inlet for a second, and the rpm became normal
Curiously, my sister, my neighbor and I, have bought the same machine, at the same store, at the same time,,,????
Please, tell me what to do to correct the situation, other than bring the machine at service's store ?
Thank you
